The Cats & Dogs Mystery Collection was released at Disney Parks in January 2021 (note year stamp of 2020 on back of pin). Each Mystery box contained two random pins.
This pin features Felicia, the Villain hench-cat from the Great Mouse Detective. The tan-colored fat cat stands facing left with her eyes closed, her nose and tail in the air, and a pink bow on her head.
The cats included in this collection are Felicia, Marcel, Dinah, Yzma, Mochi, Max, Dug, Jock and Bolt.
