Done as a pin on pin, The Blue Fairy stands on the left seen from hips up. Her full white Stained Glass wings are outside of the blue circular pin that is the background which is a deep metallic blue night sky with the light from her wand beaming. Pinocchio the puppet is seated on the right, his legs out in front of him. His legs, left arm and part of his yellow hat with the red feather is off the round pin.
