Front Description
Twenty-four characters from the World of Disney were selected to be represented through symbols and colors on 24 different cloisonné pins. The individual pins could be “hung” as “ornaments” either on the pop up pin card Christmas Tree or with the aide of the attached black ribbon onto a Christmas Tree.
These pins were sold in a large case with 24 numbered drawers.
Winnie the Pooh and a friend or two are honored on this pin that is designed to look like Pooh’s favorite snack, a pot full of honey. The pot is brown at the top and red at the bottom with a goldenrod band separating the two. A white rectangular label reading “ HUNNY” is placed on the front of the ornament which is viewed from the side as a pin so only the “HUN” is visible. Bright yellow honey is creating down the sides of the lot. One of Pooh Bear’s closest friend’s, Eeyore is represented by his gray tail which is attached to the left, complete with the pink bow. Another friend, a yellow bee with a single black stripe has buzzed in from the left.
