I bought this years ago at a Penney's Store. It's an adorable Pluto, with heavy black enamel accents and a rhinestone collar and bone. This piece was made by Napier, who was licensed to do Disney jewelry for a time.
The pin has also been released at the parks. It features Pluto holding a "diamond-like" rhinestone bone in hs mouth and wearing a "diamond-like rhinestone collar around his neck. His body is in gold and his ears, nose and tail are black. He is looking up and seems to be very happy.
