I bought this at Disneyland some 5 years ago. The Tinker Bell is made of sculpted Resin.
Designed by Alex Maher and was also available at WDW along with other characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy, #8037, #14335, #15317, #15318, #23976.
