Front Description
The badge is in near mint condition. Badge is solid metal with a shiny gold tone to it (like all other Cast Member badges), and dark blue embossed painted letters that say "VIP TOUR GUIDE". The badge is just under three inches wide and one and three/fourths inches tall. In small letters on the back of the badge it says "Disney" stamped into the metal.
The pin is from the Guest Relations Department and worn by cast members that that give the Guided Tours
