This Annual Passholder exclusive Haunted Mansion pin was a surprise release on October 6th at Walt Disney World.

The 3 ghosts are extending their skeleton hands from their gravestones hoping someone will give them a ride. The middle hand is hinged swaying back and forth. Each hand has added "glow in the dark" elements.
