Genie on a plate with Turkey Legs is part of a 5 pin series that comes on a light blue card that reads Disney Aladdin RunA. The back of Genie has a sand blast finish with one post and two nubs built into the pin. Above the post it reads (C)Disney. Below the post it Reads RUNA. This pin is lighter in weight than the traditional RunA pins. From my research and understanding it's made from a tin alloy. RunA was a Japanese company licensed by Disney to create some of these cool concepts. The company has since changed it's name to Layup, Other pins in this series include Moon Genie, Genie in a Box, Genie Turkey Leg and Magic Carpet.
