I have to assume that this button came from some kind of show put on by Disney Consumer Products. It's a large three inch button that reads "Disney Consumer Products Goofy The Best Man For the Job is a Goof 92" It's super bright, red white and blue and has two ribbons attached to the back so it looks like an award.
