From the 1997 Disneyana Convention (which had Villains and Villainesses as it's theme) this button shows Maleficent, Lady Tremaine, Madame Medusa, the Evil Queen, Ursula, Cruella, the Hag and the Queen of Hearts. This button was made by the Disney Catalogue and given to attendees at the convention. It reads "the Disney Catalogue It's Hard to be Bad When You Look This Good Disneyana 1997".
