Reportedly there are fake Bertoni pins that have shown up in the secondary market. The correct backstamp supposedly should have both lines together:
If the two lines are separated on the backstamp, such as top and bottom of the pin and not printed together, they may be of questionable origin.
UPDATE: others have reported that they have gotten legitimate Bertoni pins with separated copyright lines on the backstamp. So it's still a debatable issue.
