This button is from the WDCC/WDAC Walt Disney Classics Collection/ Walt Disney Art Collection and a special event to open house from Pooh sculptures. It was released in 1997.
Pooh is in mid-air, dangling from a blue balloon. White letters at the top of the button say "Silly Old Bear," and purplish letters near Pooh's face say "Up to the honey tree". Larger letters say "Open House, June 7-8, 1997".
