This is the Maleficent boxed pin available through the Disney Catalog in Summer 2002 (see PP #14352). It was sold together with PP #14349.
This pin shows Maleficent's head and shoulders from a profile view. Below, is rectangle featuring a scene from the animated classic, SLEEPING BEAUTY. This scene shows Prince Phillip standing on a ledge facing Maleficent in her dragon form. The background of the rectangle is dark green with Prince Philip and the ledge in silhouette. The dragon shows Maleficent's signature colors of black and purple. This part of the pin is very subtle and well done.
