Front Description
This hinged pin features the Great Pit of Carkoon, a sand pit with teeth, from the Star Wars movie The Return of the Jedi. This layer opens like a double door, hinged at both sides. Opening the pin reveals the same pit but this time with the tentacles of Sarlacc, the alien inside the pit, pulling a soldier into his gaping maw. Contrary to the OPTS, the pin was released only November 27th 2021. Designed in collaboration with Patrice Girod, a French Star Wars specialist. Trim and finish of the pin shiny black tone. Back of the pin 5 boxes: OPTS 2019, Star Wars, Disneyland® Paris logo, ©Disney.©tm Lucasfilm Ltd. Made in China, Edition Limitée xxx/500. Two posts. Diameter 5.5cm. The pin comes on a special dark blue Star Wars backing card, title Return of the Jedi at the back.
