This is a prototype of PP8219.
The wit and wisdom of Walt Disney is remembered on this pewter-finished pin prototype, which preceded a limited edition of 100 pins finished in antique copper, from a series of 10 different collector's pins featuring Walt's timeless quotations. Above his signature, the book is opened to Walt's quote, "I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing — that it was all started by a mouse." This is the first in the series.
Only four of these pewter-finished prototypes were produced, developed exclusively by Disney Auctions and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity card.
