PP1475    DCL - Memory Box Set (Captain Mickey)

Front Description

This is one of five pins in a memory box set given to Guests on the Disney Cruise Line on New Year's Eve 1999 (and subsequently on the same evening of 2000 and 2001).

 

Captain Mickey is shown, facing left, head only. Behind him is a gold, beige and blue insignia, with "DISNEY CRUISE LINE" in red at the top and "CAPTAIN MICKEY" in red at the bottom.

 

The pin measures 1 5/8" (41 mm) wide by 1 5/8" (40 mm) tall. The two-post pin has a backstamp which reads, "© Disney, China."

 

There has been question as to the edition size of these pins. It was originally stated as 5000, but there has been some disagreement concerning this.
