One of a three-pin set called "Parisian Donuts" which was released in October 2017 at the "Its' Demo" store in Shibuya, Tokyo, and available at Disney Store Japan. The three pins in this set feature Chip and Dale, those rascally little Disney chipmunks, as bakers.

 

This pin features baker Dale, a yellow chipmunk with a pink nose, dressed in a greenish-aqua apron and cap, looking over his right shoulder.
