Walt Disney Studios clapboard logo and the Fab Four, Goofy, Mickey & Minnie Mouse, and Donald Duck. I don't know much about the edition size of this pin, but it is dated 1987. It's a cast member pin sold at the Disney Studio in Burbank, CA.

 

There are 2 versions, this one has a black background, and the other #4201 has a blue background.

 

[June 2009 comment: I was given my pin after taking a tour of the studios at Disneyland in 2008 with the Disney Earmarked conference for travel agents and mine is black with a clear coat finish and on the back is @Disney China. There must be a few versions of this pin.]
