Front Description
Heavy but smart badge given to CMs of the Security Department and worn on their costume in the early 90s.
Oval-shaped, silvered metal pin surmounted by an eagle. Below, banners read "Euro Disney - Sécurité - Officier" (ED Security Officer) in blue letters. Sleeping Beauty's Castle is featured in the center, in a blue circle.
May look like its american equivalents, but truly different.
It can be considered a LE, as each one was individually numbered so as to enable an immediate identification of its owner.
This one shows "258". It belonged to one of the two persons that possessed all the keys of the Park.
If lost or not given back when one left his job, one could incur a reprimand, and a certain amount of money was deducted from the wages, making it a rare item.
Once retired, a given number was definitely cancelled and couldn't appear again.
THIS PICTURE HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS UPON REQUEST FROM DISNEY.
