This pin is Chip and Dale baking a Donald Duck cake. Chip is lifting Donald’s blue sailor hat onto the cake while Dale is decorating the base with a frosting piping bag. Both Chip and Dale are wearing a chef’s hat and aprons. I believe this pin is from Japan but I can not verify that.
