Front Description
This button was given out(?) to certain guests who attended the Epcot Food and Wine Festival in 1999.
It's a different button than the others from the F&W Festival, as this one has a blue ring around the exterior, along with a ring of golden Mickey head outlines.
It also says "The Fourth Annual" at the top and has the F&W Festival logo with the text "Epcot International food and wine festival". Below that are the dates of the festival, October 23-November 21, 1999.
