September 24, 2022 the 30th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris was also celebrated with a pin trading event. This pin shows the Shanghai's Enchanted Storybook Castle against a sparkling gray background with white stripes and stars.. The castle is mostly in light blue with blue and green roofs, some parts are salmon and flesh tone. In the right top corner appears a rather sad looking Tinker Bell in her normal attire, her green dress is sparkling. At the left appears a large Peter Pan which is a pin-on-pin element. He is flying up to the left, looking back at the castle. His features are beautifully finished and he is wearing his usual attire with dagger on his left hip. The pin appears on a postal backing card addressed to Disneyland Paris France. For this pin the greetings are in Chinese, I presume wishing a Happy Anniversary Disneyland Paris from Peter Pan. The front side of the post card (back of the backing card) shows the SDR Castle against a purplish sky with an yellow and orange cloud below. Trim and back of the pin are silver tone. Pin dimensions: W 7cm x H 6.7cm.
