PP151595    DLP - Captain Hook - Presents - 30th Anniversary

September 24, 2022 the 30th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris was also celebrated with a pin trading event. This listing is for one of the Villains, Captain Hook from the movie Peter Pan. The villains come on a blue world map backing card with all castles on: DL, WDW, DLP, HKDL, SDL and TDL, the back side shows the Paris castle among the green meadows against a blue sky with clouds. Captain Hook stands turned left in the front of a rowboat, one foot on the edge of the boat, the hand with the hook resting on the knee, the other behind his back. He wears his usual attire: red jacket with yellow collar, blue stockings, lacquered shoes and purple hat with gray feathers. Behind him sits Smee with his back to Hook. Smee, wearing his blue and white striped t-shirt and red hat, rows the boat through the blue water. On the back of the boat is an open wooden ship's trunk filled with jewelry and gifts, at the back dangle a chain with a card "To Disneyland Paris" and a blue "30" medallion. Trim and back of the pin are silver tone. Pin dimensions: W 10cm x H 7cm.
