This pin is the Gold Prototype of Pin 11149: Disney Auctions - Easter 2002 (Easter Tie).
It shows Mickey holding out his tie and saying, "Boy!- am I stepping out with my Easter tie." The pin released by Disney Auctions for Easter 2002 had a Dark Gray background while this pin has a Gold Background. This is an absolutely stunning pin. I think it's much prettier than the LE 100. All 4 prototypes were purchased from Disneyauctionears, the owner says 2 of them will neverleave the collections they are in.
