Released on 29 Aug 2002, this rubber limited edition surprise/mystery pin released at WDW features Minnie standing on her hand and foot prints in cement. Her feet are Free-D. She is the 5th surprise pin that has been released which features Free-D. At the time, they were referred to as "Surprise Rubber Cement" pins: "The Surprise Rubber-Cement Minnie was spotted late last evening at the Sorcerer's Hat at Disney's MGM Studios. A few snuck out last night, and Minnie officially joined her Rubber-Cement friends today."
The rubber pin from DCA #3821, is very similar to the bottom of this pin.
