Front Description

This listing is for the Tigger pin, part of the Hagoitas mystery set. A Hagoita is a paddle used in a game like badminton without the net. Tigger wears traditional Japanese clothes: a yellow jacket, green Haori (cardigan) and blue hakama (trousers). One white shuttlecock hangs before Tigger's chest. At the left the image of a large shuttlecock breaks through the frame of the paddle, the ball itself is maroon, its plumes are pink, yellow and green. The handle of the paddle is orange. The mystery series consists of one gold molded pin and 6 colorful ones with each a different character: Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Pooh, Piglet and Tigger. Each Mystery paper package contained one random pin.

 

Hagoitas are paddles used in the traditional, Japanese game known as Hanetsuki. This game is similar to badminton; however, the Japanese version is played without a net. Inside each package is a special fortune for the new year.

 

Pin measures measures 2 x 4.5 cm.
