I got this pin at the estate sale of a Disney collector. It's a good quality pin-back. Dopey's face is holographic. The small banner above Dopey's head reads "Walt Disney Productions".
This is one of a series made by the British, foreign pins that pre-date the early 90's production of the other Continental countries still involved in such manufacturing. The English made a whole series, which includes the Fab 4, the Sorcerer's Apprentice and a few other characters.
