One of 13 pins from the FANTASYLAND FANCASTICAL Cast Exclusive Mystery Pouch set released on 8 Nov 2020. Eleven differently shaped pins feature illustrations of different Disney animated characters and/or a park attraction (ride). There is a mix of attractions and characters found in WDW, DLR, or both. Two chasers were available: Sleeping Beauty Castle and Cinderella Castle. The mystery pouch called it a "12 PIN COLLECTION", but there are really 13 pins in all. Each pouch contained two random pins.
This shaped pin features the opening of the "Storybook Land Canal Boats" ride at Disneyland, which just happens to look like Monstro with his mouth wide open.
