Part of a 10 pin set released on May 10, 2023 to commemorate the premiere of the Disney+ show, Muppets Mayhem. These were released through Mickey's of Glendale and sold exclusively to D23 Gold Members. The outer border is dark cream color and looks like a snapshot. The background is iridescent blue, yellow, purple and orange. Dr Teeth is bright green with a dark red nose and an orange bird. He's wearing a glittery gold top hat with a red glitter band and a feather. He's sitting at a piano. Text at the bottom is "DR TEETH" in black.
