This is one of a seven-pin set released at D23 Expo 2022 and features CookieAnn the dog as seen in the stop-motion short, "Spring Surprise". She's bright yellow, white and cream color, has green eyes, with a bright pink bow on her white chef hat and a bright pink hidden Mickey on her left paw. She's holding a pink balloon with a bright yellow and green flower. The bottom of the balloon and the tip of the character's hand have what looks like a built-in grommet, through which is strung a short piece of white cord meant to look like a balloon string.
