Front Description
This pin was awarded to Cast Members at DSs that had remained in the top tier for the year . It is a copper colored square pin with a raised Mickey head with Spotlight Star DS written across it. The right ear of Mickey head has a Diamond in the middle. If a store continued to maintain "Top Tier" status from month to month additional pins were awarded to the cast members. These pins are shown by month and color. If a store ever failed to achieve "top tier" status they had to start over at the beginning
