The pin is for passing the DS Expert Programme. The word "store" is difficult to see - a pale colour on a white background.
I obtained it from a DS cast member in the UK. I was told it was given for knowledge of the Disney parks. Any more information appreciated to allow for updating this page.
There are no identifying words or marks on the back of the pin.
[2002 comment: To obtain this Pin you have to pass 3 exams on Disney them parks this pin is awarded to cast members who pass all three Exams and they are allowed to wear it on stage to show that they are a theme park expert.]
