This 3" button comes from the 1998 Disneyana Convention "75 Years of Love & Laughter" held at Walt Disney World.
Lenticular Flip (Vari-Vue) Button - has 2 different views that you can see on the different visual angle. Unfortunately, the photo can not show the clear and bright colors that this button has.
One view is of Mickey with his arm around Pluto who is licking Mickey's face (reads "Official Disneyana Convention 1998 Walt Disney World") and the other view is Mickey patting Pluto's head and rubbing his chin (reads "75 Years of Love & Laughter).
