Front Description
The main part of this pin has a white background and is just about 1¼ inch square with a red border going around it. The classic Disney signature is at the top in red. It shows "VoluntEARS" in different color letters with the EARS letters being a bit larger. The hat itself is now just black. It also reads 1992-2002 in gold letters at the bottom.
It has a separate hangtag in red with gold trim that reads "10th Anniversary".
I believe that this had to be earned by a Disney VoluntEars.
