While this is a Walt Disney Imagineering pin and bears their backstamp and distinctive sorcerer hat waffle pattern, nothing is known about how one receives this pin. This example came out of Europe, so I can't say if it is available to the full staff of Imagineering or it is exclusive to overseas parks. It apparently is awarded to the staff that worked on a specific attraction designated to have had the best "show" for that year. Show in Disney parlance does not refer specifically to a live or stage event, it refers to the entire operation. Anywhere you can go on Disney property is considered "on stage" and ALL of it is the "show".
