One of eight DISNEY PARKS MAGICAL EXPERIENCES pins released at the WDW MAGIC HAP-PINS annual pin-trading event on 25 Aug 2023. These pins were numbers 9 through 16 in the RSP catalog.
This pin features Goofy holding a red, Free-D Mickey balloon inside a clear bubble dome of sorts. Goofy is wearing an orange shirt, black vest, lime green hat and white gloves. The background are blue, yellow and green balloons and green grass. The "removable tiny Celebration Button pin" has Mickey-head balloons and says "Getting a Balloon". The artist was Robert Schilling.
Characters in the set are Goofy, Mickey and Minnie, the Nephews, Chip and Dale, Stitch, and Donald Duck.
