Front Description
One of four jumbo FLOAT pins released on 26 Aug 2023 at WDW's MAGIC HAP-PINS annual pin-trading event at Coronado Springs. Designed by Robert Schilling, each pin features Mickey riding on a float shaped like one of those used in any one of four different parades at WDW. Disney's pre-event catalog listed them as LE 300, but they ended up (according to the backs of the pins) as LE 750 pins. Each pin features a hook and an eye at the bottom, one on each side, allowing the four "floats" to be hooked together. There is no specific order, so each pin has two hooks.
This pin features Mickey on the Magic Happens float. He's wearing a blue and purple sorcerer robe and hat with a Mickey-icon staff. The float is an iridescent sorcerer's hat with "vines" of glittery orange "magic".
Float designs included in the set were taken from the "Festival of Fantasy Parade", "Spectromagic", "Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams", and "Magic Happens".
