During 1988, Disneyland had a year long celebration in honor of Mickey's 60th Birthday. At the time, they had special children's birthday parties back in the area where there is now outside seating for Pizza Planet, and every child who attended a party there got one of these buttons. It reads "Mickey's 60th Birthday Party Special Guest Disneyland" and shows Mickey in a party hat. The hat is dated 1988.
