One of eight DISNEY PARKS MAGICAL EXPERIENCES pins released at the WDW MAGIC HAP-PINS annual pin-trading event on 25 Aug 2023. These pins were numbers 9 through 16 in the RSP catalog.
Donald is dressed like Scoop Sanderson in a Dapper Dan costume of a white button down shirt, a blue and white striped vest, and a straw boater. Scoop's press card is sticking out of the band of his hat. He's holding a Mickey Mouse pin board and is ready to trade. The Figment pin on the pin board is a pin-on-pin element. The "removable tiny Celebration Button pin" has Mickey-head balloons and says "Trading a Pin". The artist was Robert Schilling.
Characters in the set are Goofy, Mickey and Minnie, the Nephews, Chip and Dale, Stitch, and Donald Duck.
