This pin commemorates the 22nd Annual Festival of the Masters held at Downtown Disney. This is a juried arts festival which runs in October or November each year.
This is the first year there was a pin for the festival.
The pin is in the shape of a mickey head and has a white and light blue background with an abstract Pluto head in black, yellow and red. The "dangle" has "22nd Downtown Disney Festival of the Masters" in white on a blue background, with a paintbrush making the "i" in festival.
