PP15994    WDW - Cinderella's Castle - Small Round - Tie Tack

This is an extremely small and old round pin, probably a cast member costume pin, with a diameter of about an 1/2 inch.

There is a clear picture of Cinderella's Castle with one large star and five small stars. At the bottom of the circle is Walt Disney World (r)(with the old Mickey/WDW ear Logo inside the D).

The letters and the castle are in gold; the back ground of the pin is in black.

The back of the pin has a longer the average stem, much like cast member pins which go through their name tags.

This indicates that the pin was created sometime prior to Feb. 1986 (when Walt Disney Productions changed its name to the Walt Disney Co.)

This pin was a tie-tac, not a cast member pin. I bought it in 1986. The tac back has a chain/bar attached to be put thru a shirt's button hole to hold the tie in place.
