It features the Three Fairies from the movie, Sleeping Beauty. The background is blue and dark blue with each fairy holding a balloon, 1 and two 0's. The silver plaque at the bottom has text "The Walt Disney Company 1923 - 2023" in black. Pin measures approximately 2.5 x 1.75 inches.
