Front Description
This pin is in a series commemorating the various theatrical posters for the Star Wars movies, both domestic and international. This vintage poster is the Italian version for the theatrical release of Episode IV: A New Hope with the Italian "Guerre Stellari" (Star Wars) at the bottom. The poster features C-3PO, Darth Vader, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca and R2D2 in the center of the pin. A TIE fighter is depicted in the background.
The frame is bronze in color and in a pin-on-pin element at the bottom center there are two crossed lightsabers on the bottom behind the text "Lucasfilm Ltd". These were available exclusively in the Lucasfilm Company Store to employees.
