This pin was released to celebrate the release of Lorcana, the Disney Trading Card Game produced by Ravensburger. It features Ariel from The Little Mermaid holding a music box with Flounder next to her. The artwork is a direct copy of the Lorcana card "Ariel: Whoseit Collector". Along the bottom is the Disney Lorcana logo. These pins were included in kits provided to local game stores and were typically given out as prizes or gifts for organized/league play of the Lorcana card game. There were two of these promotional pins released for the first wave of Lorcana (The First Chapter) including Ariel (Little Mermaid) and Scar (Lion King).
