Released to commemorate Walt Disney's Birthday in 2023. Olaf is peaking through a pink picture frame, wearing a party hat and surrounded by balloons. The balloon on the left is a gold medallion with the silhouette of the Walt and Mickey "Partners" statue. the biggest balloon on the right is green stained glass with "Happy Birthday" in white across the center. At the bottom of the frame is a purple plaque that has the Walt Disney autograph, December 5, 2023, and Hong Kong Disneyland in gold and white. Dangling from the right side of the frame is a ribbon tassel. Olaf's face is a pin-on-pin element.
