Front Description
This is the 12th pin in the Marvel First Appearance Villains series, released on December 19, 2023 at Disneyland and Disney World. On the cover, at the top in red is The AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. On the left of the pin is Spider-Man with his arms out to the side. Dr. Octopus is on the right side with his long extended arms wrapping around and holding onto Spider-Man's wrists. Above Spider-Man is a yellow burst that says "America's Most Exciting Super-Hero Captured by the World's Most Dreaded Super-Villian. There is a white conversation cloud above Dr. Octopus that says "You are helpless Spider-Man. I warned you that the power of Doctor Octopus is far greater than yours." In the bottom left is a yellow box with "A book-length super-thriller! Spider-Man faces his most powerful foe: "DR. OCTOPUS!" with DR. OCTOPUS! in red letters. In the bottom right corner is a large question mark with white letters: Can anything that lives defeat the mighty Doctor Octopus??.
Hinged pin opens and on the left side is "First Appearance" with AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #3, 1963. On the right side of the open pin is Doctor Octopus slapping Spider-Man with his real right hand while his long octopus arms are holding onto Spider-Man's wrists.
Pin comes on custom light green backing card with 'First Appearance' title at top and 'Limited Edition' at bottom.
