This HAPPY BIRTHDAY pin, featuring Stitch from the Disney animated film "Lilo and Stitch", was released at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2019. There are three spinners at the bottom, one for the month, the other two the day. Stitch is sitting on a yellow birthday cake with purple icing atop a blue plate. There are two wrapped gifts on either side of the cake. The white background is covered in confetti-like decoration and the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Stitch has scraped the three candles off the cake and placed one on his head and one in each hand.
