Front Description
This pin was released to celebrate the birthday of Ronald McDonald, the mascot for McDonalds restaurants. It features Goofy and Mickey leaning up against a vending machine. They are both wearing yellow sweaters and red shoes with white pants. The front of the vending machine depicts Ronald McDonald and below his states "Coca-Cola Salutes Ronald McDonald" and "Happy Birthday".
To the right of the vending machine are the buttons with drinks on them - from top to bottom Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta and Coca-Cola Light. There is a can in the vending machine product delivery bin. There were a number of colour and design variants of this pin, such as #3161, #12122, #12223 and #162144.

Gold sandblasted pebble finish with two pin posts. Coca Cola, Coca Cola Light, Fanta and Sprite are the regd trade mark of Coca Cola Compagny [sic] (R).
