This pin was released to commemorate the TV series on the Disney+ streaming service, "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier". It was available through the Disney Movie Insiders program (previously known as Disney Movie Rewards), allowing you to redeem points for the pin as a reward.
The logo on the pin bears the text "MARVEL STUDIOS, THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER" with a portion of Captain America's shield in the background.
It came on a backing card depicting both characters with the logo on the pin duplicated in the right lower corner.
