One of a 2017 three-pin set released exclusively in the gift shop at the Celebration Hotel in Tokyo Disneyland Resort. Characters featured this set were Chip and Dale, Stitch, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

 

This pin features Chip and Dale rowing in a log canoe on a base looking like blue water. Dale's in the front, Chip in the back. The illustration of the chipmunks is very different than the classic Disney design.
